Our History
Baldwin Truck Equipment was formed in 2018 by the owners of B.J. Baldwin Electric Inc., which was founded by Barry Baldwin in 1973. Today, Barry’s son, Ned Baldwin, is the president of what has now grown into a multi faceted family-owned group of companies operating in the electric, mechanical, excavating, construction, and fabrication fields. With nearly 50 years of service within these industries, the Baldwin family recognized an opportunity to grow their existing fabrication facility into a full service truck body business.
Our Values
Over the years, the Baldwin companies have grown from one man to a team of over 400 employees. Barry Baldwin built this team with three values in mind: hardworking, knowledgeable, and integrity focused. These values continue to be a priority and was our driving force when assembling the Baldwin Truck Equipment team. Our team prides themselves in being able to build anything you can dream.
OUR FACILITY
We constructed our original 10,000 square feet facility in 2019 in Narvon, PA. We then nearly doubled our facility within the first year to better meet the demands of our customers and to serve larger fleets. Our facility also includes a paint booth and a separate 5,000 square feet fabrication shop. These additions give us the ability to quickly fabricate custom accessories, create bed liners, and so much more--all in house.
